Flexible Options. Smart Solutions.

Flexibility is one of the great benefits of using raised access flooring, and that includes flexibility in product options and flooring heights. Corporate Floors offers both low-profile fixed systems, and variable height systems.

Variable Height Systems

Variable height systems can range from 3 inches to 48 inches. These systems are constructed using pedestals which support the horizontal flooring panels. Stringers connect to the pedestal heads and provide additional lateral support at greater floor height.

Fixed Height Systems

Our fixed height, low-profile access flooring has a finished floor height as low as 1.5 inches. It is easy to install, completely adaptable and delivers quiet, solid walkability. It is ideal for new construction and renovation of existing office buildings. While providing complete flexibility, prefabricated, and no adhesives or fasteners, our low-profile system allows you to take it with you wherever you go.

Why Consider Access Flooring?

  • Easy access to underfloor heating, cooling, voice and data systems
  • Minimizes office disruptions for maintenance and upgrades
  • Improves energy efficiency and lowers costs
  • Environmentally friendly: low VOCs, recycled content and minimal adhesives
  • Enables easy changes in office layout and design

What is a raised access floor system?

Raised access flooring consists of floor panels laid in a horizontal grid supported by adjustable vertical pedestals, which can be easily removed for quick access to underfloor services. In the space below the floor are housed mechanical, electrical and communications systems that traditionally would be dropped from the ceilings. The systems provide more energy efficient air circulation and eliminate the need for electrical wires from overhead.
