Welcome Dean Smart and Mica Martinez!

Our Austin office is growing! Join us in welcoming Dean Smart and Mica Martinez to the Corporate Floors team.

 

Dean Smart joins Corporate Floors with an impressive 35 years of expertise in the commercial interiors industry. In prior roles as Chief Estimator and Project Manager, Dean has experience leading numerous high-profile projects. He specializes in the installation of intricate tile, stone and hard surface flooring. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Sylvia, son Cuinn and their boxer Kamp at their country property.

Previously based in California, Florida and Ohio as well as specialty projects in Bermuda and various other Caribbean Islands; we are excited to welcome Dean to our Austin team.

 

A South Austin native, Mica Martinez brings more than 16 years of industry experience to the Corporate Floors team. She has held a number of roles in the interiors and flooring business, including administration, purchasing, and project coordination and management. Mica attended Southwest Texas State University (now known as Texas State University in San Marcos).

When not supporting Corporate Floors’ Austin office, Mica enjoys watching her son Avery play sports and spending time with her family and dog Bandit.
