Corporate Floors Celebrates 2014
Corporate Floors held our annual kick off meeting for our entire staff last week at the Grapevine Convention Center, shutting down the offices across the state for three days of training, goal setting, financial reviews and awards. 2014 was our 17th consecutive year of growth and 14th year of double digit growth thanks to our amazing team of employees, vendors and customers.
We were honored to recognize the following team members for their outstanding contributions in 2014:
Ultimate Fighter Award: Richard Borjas
Epitomizes the employee who has fought through personal challenges over the year without sacrificing their commitment to the company and all the while maintaining their responsibilities to their peers our customers and team.
Helping Hand Award: Jason Johonnesson
Recognizing that team member who gives of their own time without complaint to help others no matter the need.
Fire Fighter Award: Rush Kittle
Awarded to the team member who always seems to be jumping into the worst fires but always with a smile and service first attitude.
Robinson Crusoe Award: Robert Castro
Working in a remote office is difficult without the support of the headquarters resources. This award is given to that team member who creates excellent service experiences for our clients despite working with limited resources.
Rookie of the Year: Mica Martinez
Awarded to the person who started their employment with Corporate Floors in 2014 and best exhibited the core values of quality, integrity, service and teamwork.
Service Excellence Award: Kathy Reed
A customer survey based award recognizing the team member who provided the highest levels of service and satisfaction to our clients.
TCR Employee of the Year: Rojelio Molina
Awarded to the employee who exhibited leadership, service to others and dedication to the mission of Texas Carpet Recycling.
Make your own Luck Award: Kathy Edwards
Awarded to the sales person who perseveres and finds a way to create opportunities where others may have not thought it possible.
Maintenance Big Dog Award: Erik Lind
Awarded to the top maintenance sales person of the year.
Installation Big Dog Award: Ashley Gibson
Awarded to the top installation salesperson of the year.
Staff President's Award: Melissa Raison
Our highest staff award, selected by the company President, this is awarded to the employee who was first selected as an employee of the month and who exhibited the qualities that make Corporate Floors great. Leadership, teamwork, flexibility, positive attitude and hard work best describe this person.
Technician President's Award: Mario Torres
Our highest Technician award, selected by the company President, this is awarded to the maintenance Technician who was first voted as an employee of the month by his peers and who also exhibited leadership, quality and teamwork among his peers.
