Project Highlight: Parkland Memorial Hospital
A joint venture by BARA (Balfour Beatty Construction, Austin Commercial, H.J. Russell & Company and Azteca Enterprises), Parkland Memorial Hospital is a huge new construction project happening in the heart of Dallas.
The Challenge
BARA needed an extra hand to meet Parkland’s flooring completion deadline. Corporate Floors was called in to install approximately half of the more than 1 million square feet of Teknoflor sheet vinyl and Nora Rubber Floor products.
In addition to the tight deadline, Parkland’s construction had stringent quality standards.
The Approach
We assigned a quality control field service supervisor, Kyle Davis, who managed two of our installation crew chiefs.
Our resilient flooring teams are trained to handle fast paced schedules. In addition, the emphasis on quality control at Parkland was no problem for Corporate Floors – we always produce the highest quality result and adhere to our client’s standards.
The Result
Our team delivered the right combination of speed and quality for Parkland’s resilient flooring installation. The completion deadline and quality control standards were all successfully met.
