Thomas Holland

Flooring Solutionist
Thomas Holland, a Texas Tech graduate, brings over seventeen years of experience in the carpet industry as President and owner of Texas Carpet Recycling (TCR) and Corporate Floors (a Starnet Dealer). Starting his company with one truck and one employee in 1997, Corporate Floors now has 55 team members in four locations across the state of Texas.

Thomas is Past President of the Dallas/Ft Worth Chapter of IFMA, as well as a current member of the MilliCare® Advisory Council and a board member of CARE (Carpet America Recovery Effort). An advocate for education, he has helped moderate sessions for IIDA, BOMA, USGBC and IFMA. Corporate Floors and TCR have been featured in Inc. Magazine, Dallas Business Journal, IFMA Today, and Floors Daily for their environmental practices and are three-time Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies. TCR was featured in the 2009 Fortune as one of the greenest companies and in 2013 Corporate Floors was recognized by Starnet with the Gold level Sustainability Award, the first award ever of it's kind.

When not working, Thomas loves spending time with Mindy (his wife of 12 years), his doughter Zoe and their four legged "kids" Maggie and Boomer. His hobbies are spending time in his shop diverting classic cars from the landfill and running marathons.  As an avid runner, he has finished six marathons in support of Team-In-Training, the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society’s primary charity organization.

David Douthit

Flooring Solutionist
David Douthit joined Corporate Floors in July, 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. After several years as a CPA, working with both large and small firms in public accounting, David started in the flooring industry in 1983 with Carpet Services, one of the predecessors to DuPont Flooring Systems. David's more than 25 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry should help Corporate Floors continue its track record of growth and success. A University of North Texas graduate, David and his wife Mary are recovering from raising three wonderful children over the last 30 years and enjoying the free time that not having soccer practice and coaching duties allows.

Brett Barnett

Marketing Solutionist
Brett Barnett is a native Californian and is graduate of Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif., where he played college basketball. He came to Texas over 25 yrs ago, and has worked for many years in amateur and professional athletics, including the Olympic Games, the Texas Rangers, SMU, and the Texas Motor Speedway. He has now been at Corporate Floors now for over 4 years and handles sales marketing. He is active in the DFW IFMA chapter. Brett has 4 wonderful sons, plays the guitar, and is an avid music lover. He also does lots of public address and event music for all types of local high school games, events and tournaments.

Mark Cannon

Chief Operating Officer
Mark transitioned to Corporate Floors after twenty years in the commercial janitorial industry where he worked in customer service, quality control, account management, special project management, transition management and as vice president of operations. Before entering the service industry in 1991 he earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree at UT - Arlington in 1987. Mark was drafted in 1984 and worked in the NFL from 1984 through 1991 as center and deep snapper for Green Bay ('84-'89), Kansas City ('89-'90) and the then Indianapolis Colts('91). Mark has been happily married since 1986 to Jenny and has two great kids, Abbey and Mack. Aside from work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife & family, volunteering in the children's ministry at Pantego Bible Church, working out at the Arlington YMCA and riding his road bike. Mark believes the company's continued growth and success starts with our Techs and appreciates all their hard work.

Rebecca Pollard

Flooring Solutionist - HR Manager
Becky joins the Corporate Floors team with over 20 years of experience in helping to run and build various professional service companies. She served as an accountant for Stonebridge Technologies for six years; Operations Manager for SSG, Ltd for seven years; and Operations Manager for Aspen Software Consulting for three years. Most recently, Becky ran the Human Resource department for a startup company that grew rapidly to over 200 employees. Born and raised in Southern Illinois, Becky moved to Texas in 1988, where she and her husband co-owned a residential construction business for over 11 years. In her free time, Becky scrapbooks and spends time with her family and friends.

Samara McDowell

Flooring Solutionist - Staff Accountant
Samara has over 8 years experience as an accountant while working in residential and commercial real estate accounting for CB Richard Ellis and 7-Eleven, Inc. Originally from Central Texas, she received her BBA in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and her MBA in Accounting from Grand Canyon University. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, working out, and spending lots of time with her two kids being a “sports” mom. She believes there is always a silver lining to any situation and she brings a little sunshine on a cloudy day.

Brenda Khastehdel

Flooring Solutionist - Accounts Receivable
Brenda came to Corporate Floors from Resource Flooring Group, where she held many positions for 16 years. She brings with her a positive and customer are always first attitude. Brenda got to Texas as fast as she could….born in Arkansas, raised in California, then married in Texas 30 something years ago. Esy and Brenda have raised 3 sons who are now starting their own families in town. They are grateful every day their son in the US Army has returned home unharmed while serving in Iraq for 27 months. Brenda has built her home on a lake in Nocona, literally, she was the GC. Their future retirement home, but vacation home for now. Had to retire playing her favorite game, softball, but still enjoys playing wallyball (volleyball in a racket ball court), walking, crafting and hanging out with her YaYa girlfriends. Her motto, do what's right, remember moments in life, and hug your kids every day.

Doug Chezem

Flooring Solutionist - Warehouse Manager, TCR Logistics Manager
Doug joined Corporate Floors in July of 2010 when we acquired Resource Flooring Group. He brings more than 15 years of logistics and flooring experience to the table. He is supported by his wife and best friend, Robin along with his 2 step-sons, Conner and Spencer. Doug has 3 children of his own and he is the proud “Papa” of 8 wonderful grandchildren. When Doug is not in the office or hunting, you can usually find him and his family on a baseball field supporting the boys on their select teams.

John Davern

Flooring Solutionist - West DFW Territory Corporate/Retail Sales,
John Davern joined Corporate Floors in February of 2004. He has worked in the service industry for over 20 years, and previously held the position of vice president for two janitorial firms, accumulating 15 years’ experience. John is active in Dallas and Fort Worth, in IFMA and BOMA organizations. John's hobbies include music, sports, working out and spending time with his family and friends.

Erik Lind

Flooring Solutionist- North DFW Territory Corporate/Retail Sales
Erik was born and raised right here in the Metroplex, and is the only true Texan of his four siblings. Having worked in customer service management roles for over 15 years, Erik’s responsibilities have ranged from service manager for a franchise restaurant company to VP of operations for a distribution firm. He began his flooring industry experience in 2003 with DuPont Flooring Systems. In the commercial flooring maintenance field Erik has served as both regional director of operations and director of sales. Corporate Floors is pleased to add an individual with his level of experience to our team. Erik has three beautiful children, Malcom, Bailey and Belice—thanks to his loving and incredibly supportive wife Jill. His hobbies include snow skiing (unfortunately, not enough!), camping, catering to his daughters’ every whim and playing catch with his son, -hardly ever in that order!

Norma Manning

Norma joined Corporate Floors in June 2010 and has worked in the flooring maintenance industry for 6 years.  She managed and coordinated accounts, employees and inventory during this period. She has previously held the position of Branch Manager for two different temp services where she managed several accounts and up to 300 employees. She enjoy spending time with her family and friends.

Chris R. Fleming

Flooring Solutionist - Healthcare, Government, Education
Chris R. Fleming joined the Corporate Floors team in July, 2009 and brings us a wide range of knowledge and skills in managing sales and operations. Chris has worked mainly for Texas–based office furniture dealerships as Project Manager and Account Executive, and has great experience in training and motivating sales staff. Chris has successfully raised sales, reduced expenses, and maintained profitability for many business interiors companies. A Texas native, Chris graduated from Texas A & M University and currently lives in Dallas.

Kathy Edwards

Flooring Solutionist - Houston Territory
Kathy, a Dallas native who recently moved to the Houston area, joined the Corporate Floors team in November 2007. She has worked in sales with major corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, Warner–Lambert, and Quaker State, with alert, responsive customer service as the key to her success. Kathy has over 15 year's experience in the specialty maintenance industry where she sold, coordinated, and managed major campus locations such as Mary Kay Cosmetics and JC Penney's Headquarters. Kathy has three grown children and two grandchildren (yes it's true – they are better!). She is married to Captain Bob; they are in the process of restoring a 57' classic sailboat. In Kathy's spare time she creates pottery and plays golf.

Brenda Booth

Flooring Solutionist - Austin Territory
Brenda brings 25 years of B2B marketing, sales, and business development experience to Corporate Floors. Leveraging her strong interpersonal skills, she has developed strong business relationships between senior management at leading Fortune 500 companies, including insurance, financial, legal, high-tech companies and healthcare providers. She is involved with various civic and community organizations in the Austin San Antonio areas. Brenda enjoys spending time with her family, friends and attending High School and College athletic events. She is married and has a 13 year old daughter and a 15 year old son. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and resides in Lakeway.

Scott Gerhardt

Flooring Solutionist - San Antonio Territory
Scott has over 25 yrs. experience in the Commercial Interiors field with the dealer network (Steelcase and Shaw) and with Milliken Contract Carpet as the Market Manager in Florida and Central Texas. He grew up in western NY state and has worked and lived in Houston, the UK, and Florida. He is active in IFMA and with the US Green Building Council Balcones Chapter. Scott has three grown children and enjoys bicycling, playing guitar, and supporting live Texas music.

Kevin Magee

Flooring Solutionist
Kevin joined the Corporate Floors team in October 2012. He began his career in the flooring business in 1984, serving the residential market. Over the last 28 years, he has worked in the multi-family, healthcare and corporate market segments in the DFW area. Currently, Kevin’s expertise is focused on the corporate and healthcare segments. As one of the founding members of the nonprofit organization, Kids Matter International, Kevin’s passion is providing aid to orphaned and disadvantaged children both in the US and abroad. He enjoys playing golf and mountain biking.

Beau Gajdica

Flooring Solutionist
Beau is considered one of the foremost experts in moisture mitigation, concrete and resin based flooring systems. A flooring expert for over 20 years, he was most recently the General Manager of Wilson Flooring Solutions until they were aquired by Corporate Floors. Today he is Director of Installation operations and also manages many of his own projects throughout the country.

Beau has been married to his wife Shelley for 19 yrs and has 2 daughters Shelby 17 yrs old and Bailey 11 yrs old.

Ashley Gibson

Flooring Solutionist
Ashley joined the Corporate Floors team in October 2012. She has over 14 years of flooring covering experience in sales and installation focusing on healthcare and hospitality. With history of selling and managing projects such as the Gaylord Texan, Pojaoque Hotel and Casino, Harris Methodist Heart Hospital, Museum Tower and many more, Ashley is one of the most experienced names in the hospitality industry. When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and three teenagers, Carter, Hunter, and Carley. As a family, they have, skied it, beached it, or hunted it throughout the years. But mostly, she loves to watch her kids in their many elite sports they play.

Chandra Lacy

Director of Lasting Impressions

Chandra Lacy recently joined the Corporate Floors Service Team in January 2012. Growing up in the commercial furniture industry she experienced first hand what hard work and determination was. She has 6 years experience in pre-owned furniture sales and brings to the team energy, passion for the business and a positive attitude. . In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, Zumba, shopping with "my girls" & a good pedicure! Chandra's role is to insure our installation clients are taken care of after the job is complete and throughout the warranty.

Flooring Solutionist - National Account Manager
Kathy Reed was born and raised in Dallas and has lived all over the metroplex. She currently lives in Keller, TX with her son and husband. She obtained a degree in Home Furnishings Merchandising from the University of North Texas in 2002. Kathy comes with several years of customer service, scheduling and administrative experience and she’ll be a terrific addition to the team. In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, decorating, entertaining and outdoor activities.

Luis (Lou) joined the Corporate Floors team in January of 2010 and brings to the team over 12 years of knowledge and skills in managing Operations and Training. Luis brings to the team a mission oriented back ground that he utilizes to impact the growth and development of Operations Team.  Luis worked as a Journeyman Boilermaker throughout the country in different Oil Refineries.  Luis currently lives in Keller, TX and spends most of his free time with his son Jacob and daughter Idalia.

I lived most of my life in the Houston area moved to Dallas in 2008 to study medical assisting. I joined Corporate Floors in August 2010 and am currently living in San Antonio managing some high potential accounts. In my free time I like to work on muscle car projects and most importantly spend time with my wonderful family.

Pam McClendon

Flooring Solutionist - Service Manager
Pam arrives at Corporate Floors with vast experience in project management and estimating, having learned the basics of project managing at Fluor Daniel in the mid-1990s. She then went on to office manager as well as project and estimating manager at a local commercial flooring dealer, leading the way to project management and coordination on national installation accounts. She has now taken on our Service Management here at Corporate Floors. A longtime resident of Fort Worth, Pam has raised four children (now 21, 19, 17 and 15), and spends what free time she has crocheting and reading.

Amanda Carter

Project Administrator
Amanda joins the Corporate Floors Team from the commercial concrete industry, anchoring a successful company as the President and Administrator. Amanda is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. There, she was a original member of Project Innocence, which today has helped to exonerate several wrongly convicted individuals through DNA testing. Post graduation, she pursued her path to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, when the opportunity to lead as a HUB/WBE contractor arose. A Dallas native, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, running outdoor trails, fishing, and watching supercross. Amanda is a project administrator in our installation division and does a great job with the team keeping projects on schedule and clients happy.

Craig Shannon

Flooring Solutionist - Field Superintendent
Craig Shannon joined Corporate Floors in February 2008. Craig has 20 years of experience in installation, and was an installer himself for some of the biggest flooring companies in Dallas. He runs some of Corporate Floors largest installation projects and his experience and education earned Craig all of the manufacturers' certificates for carpet installation. A graduate of the Texas Institute in Dallas, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters. He also loves to play golf, tennis, and is a big poker player, especially Texas Hold 'Em.

Warren Atwater

Flooring Field Superintendent
He has been in the flooring industry since he was 15 years old while working for a few years as a helper. Then he went into the military and served his time in Vietnam; once completing his service he went back to working in the flooring industry where he has been working ever since. He came to Texas in the early 1970s and began working for several major flooring companies, such as Superior Carpets, Joe Russell Carpet Services, Metro Floors, Fashion Floors, US Carpets, Wilson Flooring, and currently Corporate Floors. In his free time, he continues to raise horses, as he has done his entire life, and enjoys riding motorcycles.

Flooring Field Superintendent
Kyle comes to Corporate Floors with 11 years of experience in the flooring industry. For the first 6 years he supervised crews in the custom home market in the DFW area. The last 5 years he has worked in the commercial flooring industry. Outside of work he enjoys coaching Little League baseball and spending time with his family. He is married to wife Monica and has 3 children, Lauren, Christopher, and Madison.

Bayard Hill

Flooring Field Superintendent
Bayard was born and raised in Detroit Michigan and moved to Dallas Texas in 1994. He joins the Corporate Floors team from Wilson Flooring where he spent 4 years in accounting before moving to the flooring department in a project coordinator role. He has spent the last 5 years as a field superintendent managing projects all over the country. Bayard's hobbies include music, running/working out, cooking and he is an avid pro sports fan, particularly the NFL, NBA and NASCAR. When he's not on the golf course or at a sports bar he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Candy Madrigal

Flooring Solutionist – Flooring Manager
Candy joined Corporate Floors, Inc. in October 2012 with over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. She has worked her way through all aspects of the industry from the ground up; including Shipping/Receiving, Collections, Accounts Payable and Receivable to Flooring Manager. She has worked for Carpet Services, Inc., MSA, PDL, Wilson Flooring, and for over 10 years managing an installation company. She has been happily married for 33 years and they have a 30 year old son. In her spare time she enjoys reading so Don’t Touch Her Kindle!

Jason Seagraves

Flooring Solutionist - Chief Estimator
Jason joined the Corporate Floors team in August 2009 to head up our estimating and drafting department. Born in Ft. Worth, he has lived in Austin, Tampa, Cincinnati, and back in Ft. Worth — with a stint in Utah while working for the National Park Service at Zion National Park. Jason’s flooring experience, mainly as an Senior Estimator and Draftsman, brought success to two local flooring dealerships; Jason brings over eight years of experience in estimating, ten years of drafting experience, and three years of experience in project coordination to his current position. In his spare time, Jason is an avid outdoorsman enjoying camping, hiking, mountain biking, canyoneering, climbing, and kayaking. He enjoys reading, baseball, and live Red Dirt County music.

Tom Wagoner

Flooring Solutionist – Estimator
Tom joined Corporate Floors in October 2012. He brings with him seventeen years experience in the flooring industry. Beginning as a Customer Service Representative for a local floor company, he went on to become a supervisor for the same company in their Atlanta, Georgia branch. Tom returned to Texas to take over the Warehouse Inventory Specialist position. In 2010, Tom came to Wilson Floors as an Estimator specializing in commercial floors.

He is a graduate from Texas Tech University, and the University of Texas Arlington. In his spare time, Tom can be found with his wife and two children. An avid reader, Tom enjoys counterfactual histories, and historical nonfiction.

Homer Cruz

Flooring Solutionist – Estimator
Homer Cruz Jr. has recently joined Corporate Floors. He has worked in the flooring industry for over 12 years. He is married with three boys. They are very active if all sports. While he's not working, he loves to spend time with his family. Between family and work, he loves to get out on the golf course any chance he gets.

Rojelio Molina

Flooring Solutionist
Rojelio is our warehouse manager and provides help with a myriad of tasks around our office and warehouse. A skilled installer, he helps with deliveries, emergency jobs and also provides the logistical support for our reclamation business.

Maggie

Maggie was born in Austin, TX to a small family. She has been working with Corporate Floors for the past three years as Chief Motivation Officer. Previously, she held the position of Chief Chewer at the Holland home. Her hobbies are making people smile, sleeping and sneaking food from the office staff.

Boomer is the assistant to the Chief Motivation Officer. This young executive is responsible for insuring our current CMO stays on her toes. His specialties are scratching and playing catch.
